When we first learned of A Kid Again in 2022, we knew immediately we wanted to be a part of the mission.
A Kid Again increases mental wellness, social connectedness, and positive health outcomes of Central Ohio families.
Its unique mission offers cost-free Adventures year round so families can set aside their financial pressures and struggles of raising a child with a life-threatening condition to create vital, fun-filled memories that strengthen their family bonds and community connections.
A study conducted by Nationwide Children’s Hospital surveyed families that participate in A Kid Again Adventures and found:

96% reported their child had the opportunity to behave, act, and
feel like a kid again -
77% said their family was closer

55% stated their child’s health condition improved
